To support us in striving to continue to deliver a high quality standard of care and service, we ask you to:
- Using our online service (eConsult) accessible via our website , www.keatsgrouppractice.nhs.uk or via the NHS app if you have access to technology. This service will enable you to provide information that will help in signposting you to the most appropriate service or person.
- Telephoning the practice, where you have been advised to ,or, do not have access to technology. Please note, that our patient services team will ask a number of questions of you to help in signposting your request to the most appropriate person or service. Please answer them as fully as possible.
All calls, incoming and outgoing are recorded for monitoring and training purposes.
Covid-19 Update - As at 15th December 2021
Given the rapid increase in COVID cases, we have been asked to prioritise Covid-19 vaccinations which will involve us deploying some of our clinical staff to our local vaccination sites.
In order to do this, we may need to push back non-urgent appointments. Should this be the case, you will be informed if this may apply to you.
