If you need a picture or a copy of a document to added to your medical records please send us a request via an eConsult as an administrative request and we can send you a link to do this or request that you bring it in for us to take a copy. This is to ensure privacy and data security of your personal information, email contact is not supplied via our website for this reason.

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

If you are at risk or in danger but unable to speak but still able to call 999, press 55 when prompted and your call will be transferred to the police. The police will usually be able to find your location. If you don't press 55 or respond, your call could be ended.
