- Using our online service (eConsult) accessible via our website , www.keatsgrouppractice.nhs.uk or via the NHS app if you have access to technology. This service will enable you to provide information that will help in signposting you to the most appropriate service or person.
- Telephoning the practice, where you have been advised to ,or, do not have access to technology. Please note, that our patient services team will ask a number of questions of you to help in signposting your request to the most appropriate person or service. Please answer them as fully as possible.
All calls, incoming and outgoing are recorded for monitoring and training purposes.
You can call 111 when you need medical help fast but it’s not a 999 emergency. NHS 111 is a fast and easy way to get the right help, whatever the time.

Extended Hours Appointments are provided between 7am - 8am on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays. These are pre-booked appointments. There are no walk-in or emergency appointments during those times.
