You may need to request a new medication that is not one of your repeat prescriptions. This might be a medication you have had in the past or a medication to treat a new condition. You can request new medication from a GP in one of the following ways:
1. To request a new medication, submit an eConsult here and ask for help with your condition. Filling out an eConsult form will allow a GP to assess your condition and decide what to prescribe. They may respond to your eConsult with a prescription and a text message, or they may call you for a telephone consultation. Please note: a GP will respond to your eConsult by the end of the next working day.
2. If you cannot use eConsult, please call our reception team. They can make you an appointment with a doctor.
