Flu Vaccinations 2022/23
The flu is an unpleasant illness caused by the influenza virus infecting the respiratory system, including your nose, throat and lungs. Flu will often get better on its own, but it can make some people seriously ill, and can be life threatening. In a bad flu year on average around 30,000 people in the UK die from flu and pneumonia.

Polio Booster Vaccinations - Updated from 22.09.2022
Extra polio vaccine dose for children in London
The NHS is inviting children aged 1 to 9 in London to receive a dose of vaccine against polio. For some children this will be an extra booster dose if they are up to date with their routine vaccinations; in others who are not up to date it will be a catch-up dose. The vaccination is free.
We are offering appointments within the practice however, due to a limited number of available vaccinators, we are currently inviting eligible children in stages.
Text invites will be sent to parents and guardians to self-book into available appointments.
We kindly ask that you remain patient and await to be contacted.
Additional Vaccination Sites have been set up for children living in London and are registered with a GP surgery in London. Please click this link for further details: Extra polio vaccine dose for children (London only) - NHS (www.nhs.uk)
