Longer than normal wait times may be experienced, with the following services, as a result of staff shortages:-

• Telephones - please submit an online consultation, eConsult, if you are able
• Processing of Prescriptions - please allow up to 72 hours 
• New Patient Registrations - please allow up to 7 working days
